O’Connor HR Partner is part of O’Connor Design Limited, a full-service design and advertising agency, founded in 1994.

O’Connor HR Partner was launched as a separate division in July 2006 to distinguish its HR-related services from the general marketing services of its parent company.

The new identity is intended to focus existing and new clients’ attention on the breadth of HR services in which O’Connor HR Partner specialises. (Even some of our existing clients were unaware, for example, of our capabilities in areas such as competency-based testing, graduate recruitment and diversity monitoring.)

O’Connor Directors, Rebecca Wallin and Sean O’Connor, will head the new division, whilst our third Director, Alison O’Connor, will lead the design and advertising division.
