Last month’s bulletin mentioned a UK-wide recruitment campaign for the oilfield service company RBG. They needed to recruit over 250 people after major contract gains worldwide. The campaign has been highly successful - over 2,058 applications! (When RBG’s Business Development Manager, Willie Rennie, emailed the application numbers to us he added “pretty good eh!” - we thought so too!) We’re currently running a few smaller, localised advertisements as a ‘mopping-up’ operation for one or two hard-to-fill posts.
