Last month we told you of the launch of Grampian Housing Association’s new careers website www.grampianhousingcareers.co.uk. We also promised to let you know visitor statistics after running an advertisement for a Director of Housing. The press advertisement attracted 654 visitors to the site. This senior position required highly qualified and experienced applicants and 30 visitors felt that they met the required criteria and downloaded the application form. (This highlights one of the benefits of careers websites – you have space to give potential applicants comprehensive details and they can screen themselves out of contention.)
