Our work has recently been on view across the Grampian region - in local cinemas, in print in local newspapers and on air on regional radio stations.

Three years ago, Grampian Police had a large number of Officers due for retirement and therefore needed to recruit enough Probationers to maintain staffing levels. We managed a comprehensive campaign which yielded excellent results.

This year, having received additional funding, Grampian Police turned to O’Connor to help them recruit around 100 extra Police Constables.

The campaign ran throughout August and has generated significant interest. Hundreds of application packs have been sent out and website visitor numbers have almost doubled. The Force is confident that its intake targets will be comfortably met.
