…and another referral! We previously worked with Clair Higham when she was at Tarmac, but when she left the company to join Hilti, Clair called us (on day two!) and asked us to go and meet her new colleagues. We were welcomed by Hilti’s HR Manager and HR Director and, after a competitive pitch, they chose to appoint O’Connor as their new recruitment partner.

The Hilti group is a world leader in producing top-end power tools for the construction and building maintenance industries. Headquartered in Lichtenstein, they operate in over 120 countries and employ over 16,000 staff. Their UK operation is based in Manchester and we now handle all their recruitment advertising in the press and are working towards developing an online recruitment facility to co-ordinate all applications electronically.
