Tarmac needed our help in recruiting 20 office workers for their depot in Retford, Notts. We suggested that Tarmac host an Open Evening at a Retford hotel where interested parties could find out more about the vacancies and complete application forms. Full colour advertising in local press, local radio ads, huge banners outside the site, and a dedicated microsite all publicised the Open Evening. It was a resounding success! Turnout was immense and Tarmac fully expect to fill every vacancy.
